Blue Spot Irish Whiskey
Blue Spot 7 Year Old Cask Strength Irish Whiskey embodies the unmistakable qualities of Pot Still Irish Whiskey, Blue Spot is matured for at least seven years in Bourbon barrels, sherry butts and Portuguese Madeira casks. Non-chill-filtered and bottled at cask strength, nothing is added or taken away, for a whiskey that is full-flavored and uniquely satisfying.
This bourbon contains all the pride of its 200-year history. Originated by Jacob Beam in 1795, it is the product of seven generations of distillers. Made from the highest quality ingredients, Jim Beam is the world's finest bourbon. To drink Jim Beam is not only to taste its full bourbon character but its rich American heritage.
Isaac Bowman Bourbon Whiskey is finished in a variety of port barrels from across Virginia and from Portugal, for between three-to-six months, depending on flavor, before marrying them together. These barrels were made using American Oak and French Limousin Oak, with some barrels originating from Minnesota, Kentucky, Missouri, Virginia and others.
This is an ode to this bourbon’s old-school style that, post-caramel and cinnamon, is balanced with dried blueberries, sweet cornbread, nutmeg, saffron, citrus, and slight hints of chipotle, ginger, and clove. Under the beautiful spice come vanilla cake batter, almond butter, and salt water taffy that walk it to a finish that just doesn’t quit. It’s the vanilla-forward finish that makes this an upper-echelon whiskey. (13,800 bottles for the U.S.)
A gorgeous mahogany whiskey with woody aromas that blend well into the scents of caramel and vanilla. Pleasant dark caramel flavors and a mellow cinnamon spice with notes of dark chocolate and orange peel. Best with sipped on the rocks as it does hold its heat well. Enjoy!.
This barrel strength bourbon is raw and uncut striking a perfect harmony of brown sugar, spice and fruit notes.
Booker was a sixth-generation master distiller who grew up at a distillery in the heart of Kentucky. He was born to bourbon. While others rejoiced to drink bourbon at age 21, Booker was thrilled to start making the stuff. In 1992, Booker introduced the world to small batch bourbon. He actually coined the term “small batch.” With it came his own signature bourbon, Booker's® True Barrel Bourbon. Inspired by a 200-year-old tradition, Booker's® is bottled uncut and unfiltered*.
Blanton’s Bourbon
Taken from the center-cut or middle sections of the famous Warehouse H, Blanton’s Original Single Barrel was once designated for ambassadors, dignitaries, and Colonel Blanton’s family and friends. Today, everyone has access to the world’s first single barrel bourbon. The taste profile is sweet, with notes of citrus and oak. The creamy vanilla nose is teased with caramel and butterscotch, all underscored by familiar baking spices such as clove, nutmeg, or cinnamon. Blanton’s Original set the standard for single barrel bourbons in 1984. Best served neat or on the rocks. Bottled at 46.5% alcohol by volume.
Blanton's bourbon was named in honor of one of the distillery's early leaders, Albert B. Blanton, who the company claims spent most of his life preserving the tradition of handcrafted bourbon. Blanton worked at the facility now known as the Buffalo Trace Distillery for approximately 55 years. He was born and raised on a farm just outside Frankfort, Kentucky, and he began working at the distillery (then called the O.F.C. Distillery) in 1897 as an office boy when he was 16 years old. Over the next few years he reportedly worked in every department, and in 1912 he was appointed superintendent of the distillery, its warehouse, and bottling shop – at the same time that the distillery was renamed to become the George T. Stagg Distillery. He became president of the whiskey plant in 1921. Blanton died in 1959.
This award-winning solera-aged bourbon contains the last remaining stock of whiskey distilled at the original Stitzel-Weller Distillery.
Basil Hayden’s is a brand of American straight bourbon whiskey produced by the Jim Beam distillery in Clermont, Kentucky. It is named after Basil Hayden, Sr., a Maryland-born whiskey distiller who is credited with creating the recipe for the brand in the late 18th century. Basil Hayden’s bourbon is made from a mash of corn, rye, and malted barley, and is aged for at least eight years in charred oak barrels. It has a light, smooth flavor with notes of pepper, honey, and spice. Basil Hayden’s is often enjoyed neat or on the rocks, and is also a popular choice for cocktails.
Basil Hayden's bourbon whiskey is an artfully aged, light and easy to sip spirit that features a delicious and clean finish. It is a craft bourbon unlike any other.
Basil Hayden's Bourbon dates back to 1796, when master distiller Basil Hayden used a traditional corn base, but mixed in small grains with the mash. A Kentucky straight bourbon with plenty of rye at its core - plenty spicy, well balanced with herbal notes of peppermint and a touch of fruit.
Since 2016, Barrell Craft Spirits has been releasing a New Year bourbon each autumn. The 2022 release is a blend of straight bourbons aged between 5 and 14 years that were distilled in 7 different states before being bottled at a cask strength of 115.34 proof in Tennessee.
Barrell Craft Spirits has launched its highly-anticipated Private Release Whiskey Series. Each batch features a unique blend based around Barrell’s 18-year-old stocks of Kentucky Whiskey, which were then finished in a secondary barrel or cask.
The Private Release Bourbon project was designed to synthesize a growing demand for exclusive store, group, and state ‘picks’ with our belief that blending can make bourbons that span the greatest spectrum of flavor,” said Company Founder Joe Beatrice. “Our Private Release program allows an entirely new set of options for those looking for unique and exclusive products.” A02i is a marriage of Bourbons from Kentucky, Tennessee, and Indiana. It is constructed from the following volumetric recipe based on a component age statement: 50% 5 year 20% 9 year 10% 13 year 20% 15 year. This release was marked by their blending team as showing a pronounced chocolaty and chalky, Indiana Bourbon influence.
During America’s rough and tumble early days, the term “bib & tucker” was used to describe your finest attire, the kind you’d wear to a wedding or special dance. Along those same lines of thinking, we’re putting forth our finest . BIB & TUCKER is a delightfully smooth bourbon sporting notes of chestnut, and it’s crafted with a sense of dedication that can only come when you know you’re making something truly special.
Finished in barrels from cognac maker Ferrand, to great effect. A hint of barrel char on the nose, along with burnt brown sugar, baked peaches, taffy, grenadine, toasted almonds, nougat, cooked pears, crème de cassis, and banana flan. The palate is smooth and thick, with pastry shop flavors, manuka honey, and rhubarb pie. The finish is oak laden, but rich with cooked fruit, charred oak, iced coffee, and dark chocolate.
Texas- Born from a 100% mash of blue corn, this whisky is forged in a variety of new charred oak barrels for a bold and complex character that invokes the spirit of Texas. This is a big full bodied whisky, with a rich midpalate, coating mouthfeel and long finish.

We are done messing around, it’s time to raise the proof. At 128 proof, it’s clear, clean and exactly what moonshine should be. Purity and perfection are the name of the game when it comes to Ole Smoky®Blue Flame Moonshine. Evidence of our high quality, high proof moonshine is all in the color of the flame – if it burns blue, it’s true.
Ole Smoky is a Tennessee distillery that has impressed us with their quality moonshine and flavoured whiskey releases. This bottling kicks things up a notch however, coming in at a whopping 64% ABV, or 128 proof. This is what is known as a “sugar wash moonshine” where a corn mash, left over from corn whiskey production, has sugar added and is then fermented again and distilled. It takes its name from the fact that when lit (something we do not recommend!) it burns a vivid blue flame. The coloured glass jar also reflects this. This is a yeasty spirit, with a pastry-led nose, and slight spiciness. The palate is hot with lots of pepper, sweet cereal, bread and floral notes. The finish is punchy and short with a lot of peppery spice. This is a little hot when drunk by itself, but does offer delicious flavours. It excels when served over ice, or with a mixer. We’ve also had good results using this in place of over-proof rum in tiki cocktails! Not for the faint of heart, but this is a top-quality jar of moonshine!
Chicken Cock Cotton Rye 20 YR Old is a limited-edition release that honors our history. Chicken Cock was forced to move production up to Canada during Prohibition. The Canadian Rye whiskey produced during that period was then smuggled back into the U.S. in tin cans, earning the brand the nickname, “The whiskey in a tin can.
This replica Pre-prohibition era collectible tin canister honors our history and a limited-time-only return to a period where Chicken Cock ventured north in order to carry on its tradition of bringing high-quality whiskey to patrons across the country. Commemorative tin is a replica of the actual tin smuggled from Canada into speakeasies including the Cotton Club in New York during Prohibition.
This rye whiskey was first released in early 2016, by Sagamore Spirit in Baltimore, Maryland.
The whiskey is sourced from Indiana, matured in 53-gallon barrels for two years, before being cut down to the bottling strength of 83 proof using limestone-filtered spring water. The finished product is actually a blend of two rye recipes--one that is high rye-based and another that is low rye-based--developed by a team of experts led by master distiller Larry Ebersold, whose tenure at Seagram's spanned three decades. The Sagamore Spirit distillery is currently open and operational, with the brand putting away its own stock for future releases.
Bottled at 92 proof; 95% malted rye/5% malted barley; no age statement; aged in a combination of new charred 15 and 25 gallon white oak casks.
Milled, fermented, and distilled in Pittsburgh from a blend of regionally grown malted rye and malted barley, Kilted Rye was matured in new charred American white oak barrels before an extended rest in used Scotch quarter casks. These casks previously aged the famous heavily peated Laphroaig Scotch Whisky, made for the last 200 years on the island coastline of Islay, Scotland.
Texas- Balcones Texas Rye Single Barrel is a quintessential Balcones take on rye, with each cask more unique than the last.
This is the cask-strength brother of the Balcones Texas Rye 100 Proof, and is only available in limited amounts at the distillery in Waco, Texas. It’s 30 months old, twice as old as the 100 Proof, and made with the same mashbill of four different types of rye grain.
