ANGEL’S ENVY® Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is finished in port wine casks for an award-winning spirit. We guide each batch’s conditioning, blending our handcrafted bourbon in small batches. It’s typically aged for up to 6 years in charred, new white oak barrels.A gold color laced with reddish amber hues, nearly copper in tone. On the nose, you’ll detect notes of subtle vanilla, raisins, maple syrup and toasted nuts. The palate reveals vanilla, ripe fruit, maple syrup, toast and bitter chocolate, culminating in a clean finish and lingering sweetness with a hint of Madeira that slowly fades.
Amador Whiskey Co. ‘Double Barrel’ Napa Valley Cask Finish Bourbon Whiskey
Sourced bourbon at 3 to 10 years old was dumped and finished in Napa Valley wine barrels. The nose is mostly bourbon—corn, warm meadow, hard candy—with a floater of wine wood; I’m guessing white wine. The flavor is quite woody, but not old wood; fresher, and a bit astringent, overshadowing the whiskey. Not sure the finish does it a favor. Sourced whiskey.
In 1897, the Bottled-in-Bond Act revolutionized the quality of American whiskey. Carrying on that tradition, this well-aged bourbon from barrels all filled during the same season was bottled at exactly 100 proof for a bold taste and lingering finish – a testament to the Bottled-in-Bond Act established over a century ago.

Mars Iwai Tradition Japanese Whisky is soft and rounded, yet full bodied and mellow. The nose gives sweet honey, leading to a complex, peaty full bodied palate which gives sweet peat, orange marmalade, maple, burnt sugar cane, cedar and cigar.
This Japanese blended whisky comes from both malt and grain. It’s distilled at Japan’s highest distillery, Mars Shinshu Distillery, founded by the Hombo family, located at 798 meters, in a mountain range of Nagano. The whisky is named after Kiichiro Iwai, known as “The Silent Pioneer of Japan Whisky,” and the former mentor of Masataka Taketsuru, the founder of Nikka and Suntory Whisky.
Scotch is the most popular whisky in the world and is considered the king of them all! There are five whisky regions in Scotland (six if you count the not officially recognized Islands), and each of them produces spirits with unique properties and distinct tasting notes. (The type of grain used determents the type of the scotch.)
Malt whisky is made of malted barley, and grain whisky uses other grains like corn or wheat. Most of the time, a whisky is blended from different distilleries hence the name blended scotch, but if a malt whisky is produced in a single distillery, we get something extraordinary called a single malt.
Sazerac is a terrific spicy rye from Buffalo Trace in a great old-time bottle. We understand this to be six years old. Great in a Manhattan, especially with Carpano's Antica Formula vermouth.
The whiskey is named for the Sazerac Coffee House in New Orleans, birthplace of the famous – and sublime – Sazerac cocktail. The Coffee House was acquired by Thomas H Handy, owner also of Peychaud’s Bitters. Originally, he sold bottles of the Sazerac cocktail, which was originally made with Cognac. Today, this glorious libation is produced at the Buffalo Trace distillery.
A versatile and refreshing treat, the Ole Smoky Strawberry Mango Margarita Moonshine in Mason Jaris is definitely the perfect pick-up for your next pool party. So don’t hesitate to get yourself a jar or two and treat yourself and your friends to this superb blend of tantalizingly tangy flavors one delectable sip at a time.
Margarita, an exquisite amalgamation of margarita, moonshine, and strawberry and mango flavors that make for an irresistible treat both on its own or when part of a delicious cocktail. Each batch begins with the distillation of Tennessee-grown corn in copper stills to create a smooth, clean, and clear spirit. This spirit then serves as the base of the finished moonshine, being blended with their own in-house Margarita and all-natural flavors before being brought to proof and packaged in Mason Jars to give it that air of improvisation harking back to the days when moonshiners had to make do with what was at hand.
A cracking single malt Irish whisky here from the Waterford Distillery and its Single Farm Origin series, which is all about exploring terroir in whisky. This particular expression was made using Overture barley grown by Robert Milne in County Wexford. Five generations of Robert Milne's family have farmed those fields!
Crafted with 100% Irish barley from the farm of Richard Raftice, this expression showcases the terroir of the farm, overlooked by an old stone fort. The all-natural expression was aged in a combination of first-fill & virgin US oak, French oak, and fortified wine casks.
